The Bathmate Beginners Routine

So it is a good idea to familiarize yourself with Jelqing and Penis Stretching before you begin this Routine.Remember that because you are new to PE, you should gain really quickly in the first month. You don't have to overtrain…. Get used to the Bathmate and the Manual routines, and take it easy!

The first month is to get your penis used to the Bathmate and training so that you can train your penis harder in the months to follow. You can do the Penis Stretching and Jelqing in whichever order you want. It doesn't matter, as long as you do them.

How do you know if you Over-trained your Penis?
If you can't get a proper hard-on, it means you haven't recovered fully….. take a day or two off.Keep this in mind; it is important!

The other thing to keep in mind is that your Gains come when you Rest and Recover, not while you are training, so DO NOT train on your off days.In the first month, don't do Penis stretching/Jelqing and The Bathmate on the same day. It will be too much training for anyone new to Penis Enlargement!
